Job Summary

The Sales Officer, he/she will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, he/she will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships to achieve sales targets. This position requires a results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients, conduct product presentations, and facilitate the sales process to secure new business.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to tailor sales strategies effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, submit regular reports, and provide insights into sales performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product features and benefits.
