Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager, he/she will be a key contributor to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products/services and enhance brand awareness. Reporting to the Operations Director, he/she will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content, implementing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop creative and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and website, to effectively communicate the company's message.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, create and schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
  • Campaign Implementation: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to drive brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing, either through internships, coursework, or entry-level positions, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and analytics to draw insights and optimize marketing strategies.
